The millennium brought us multiple generations working together in business, not for the first time in history, but in greater magnitude.  In our families we have always had many generations…so why is it so difficult to manage in the workplace?   Perhaps it is because, at home, the line of authority and ultimate decision making is clear, rarely does the younger generation have a position of authority over the older generation and families often share the same values.

This presentation takes a look at the “Traditionalists”, “the Boomers”,” Gen-X” and” Gen –Y” to help you understand the values they bring to the workplace, the challenges, misperceptions and keys to retaining each generation.
