Employee harassment prevention training is the next step in preventing harassment once you have trained all of your supervisors.

The learning objectives of the training are to:

1) to assist employers in changing or modifying workplace behaviors that create or contribute to “sexual harassment” ; and

2) to develop, foster and encourage a set of values in supervisory employees who complete mandated training that will assist them in preventing and effectively responding to all forms of harassment and discrimination. 

The class structure includes questions that assess learning, skill-building activities, real case scenarios and a video.  Included with the presentation are the required information sheet (California pamphlet), exam, acknowledgment form for the employer’s file and a certificate of attendance for participants.  All classes are presented in two to three hour workshops (depending on participant needs). We bring all required equipment and handouts.  Payment is due prior to the training day.
