This is a 2-hour course that allows supervisors to meet state and federal sexual harassment prevention training requirements. This self-paced online training course helps supervisors understand what sexual harassment really is and how to practically and effectively avoid conduct that could lead to sexual harassment situations, as well as how to stop it when they see it. This course was developed by legal and HR subject matter experts, covers both federal and California state laws, and contains interactive features to engage supervisors and test their understanding of sexual harassment.

Features:

 All participants receive a certificate of attendance. 
 A Training Record is maintained and provided to HR every month
Participants can go in and out of the training as their schedule requires and the time spent in training is tracked by the HR-Coach tracking system ensuring two full hours of training
 Help is available - live subject matter experts are available to answer questions within 24 hours (if not immediately) by telephone or email.
There is a 50 question test to measure learning that must be passed at 70%.
