Why would you choose One-on-One Training?
One-on-one training works really well for the individual learner who learns better in a one-on-one or small group environment. It's also great for first time testers or anyone who is new to the food service industry. This class can also cater to the busy restaurant managers who cannot attend an open class and don't have enough managers to host a private larger class.
What is involved in One-on-One Training?
A trainer comes out to your place of business and spends time going over the HR Coach Food Safety Study Guide with the manager/supervisor. This allows time to answer questions and provide additional coaching on certain sections of the training. The training will also involve interactive activities and a practice exam. After the training is complete ( 2 hour max training time - $40 hourly cost thereafter) then the exam will be administered. Note: You have as much time as you need to take the actual exam.

How soon will I get my results?
There are 2 ways you can take the test. On paper or Online. Both are required to be administered by a Servsafe certified proctor. If you have a computer connected to the internet onsite then you will have the option to take the test online and you will get your results immediately. If you do not have access to a computer and you decide to take the test on paper it takes 10 business days to get your results.
How far in advance do I need to book the class?
